Working as part of the People & Culture team and reporting to the Employee Experience Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating learning, systems and workforce support across the organisation. You will combine demonstrated HRIS platform administration expertise with strong organisational ability to support learning programs, maintain People & Culture systems, and contribute to reporting and compliance outcomes. You support the effective delivery of people, learning and system solutions through strong data governance, quality assurance, and process coordination. This role works closely with the People and Culture Coordinator to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across people processes, while driving continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating learning and development activities, including system administration (LMS) and induction programs
- Administering and optimising HRIS platforms and processes to ensure data accuracy, enhanced workflows, reporting capability and user experience
- Supporting workforce reporting, compliance monitoring and audit readiness
- Managing end-to-end student placements, including onboarding, stakeholder liaison and system administration
- Providing broader People & Culture coordination and administrative support across priority initiatives and programs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or learning administrative environments, with exposure to HRIS or LMS platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Confidence working with data, reporting tools and platforms. with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support diverse audiences with a range of queries
- Experience in (or an enthusiasm to learn) managing end-to-end student placements, fostering relationships with clinical leaders and external partners.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement, and an exceptional employee experience
- A genuine commitment to fostering best practice people experiences, and a curious mindset to continue learning and growth.
This position sits at the intersection of people operations and system optimisation, in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit you if you enjoy seeking ways to enhance both the online and in-person employee experience; simplifying complex processes into effective people solutions, and optimising data and information to support leader decision making.
The fine print
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver license and travel between sites required.
