Corrugated Iron Youth Arts is seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to play a key role in strengthening our organisation behind the scenes.
This is a pivotal position supporting both financial management and day-to-day operations, ensuring our internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play an important role in maintaining financial records, coordinating administrative workflows, and contributing to the ongoing impact of the Northern Territory’s leading youth arts organisation.
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help coordinate operational priorities that support the effective delivery of our programs, including workshops, performances, special projects, and regional and remote community engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our organisation.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently navigate both people and systems, someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and making sure everything runs as it should.
