Reporting to the Hymix State Manager, you and your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Wetherill Park, NSW.

About the Role
Delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.
Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around the state.
Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and quarry products
Shifts starting from either 6am or 8am and then work an 8-hour shift.
Rostered Saturday morning work is required. Working 2 x half day Saturdays p/month and have the option to work those from home.
Background, Skills & Experience Required:
Absolutely no logistics or construction industry experience necessary - learn it all through our well-established and structured training program.
Customer service experience - phone based or in person.
Problem Solving – working together and innovate to meet the challenges of the day. No two days are the same.
Resilience – being able to take on a challenge with a calm and solutions focussed composure.
Confident in picking up new technology, we use SAP and Microsoft programs along with some internal systems.
Industry experience in 1 or more of the following Retail, Fast food/Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, Services Sector, Government. All those experiences you have are transferable.
