This is a leadership role with breadth, impact and real influence. As People & Culture Consulting Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across employee relations, operational safety and wellbeing, while partnering closely with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders across TAL. You’ll bring together technical expertise, sound judgement and people leadership to help ensure workplace matters are handled fairly, consistently and with care. Just as importantly, you’ll help uplift leader capability, strengthen the people experience and drive smarter, more sustainable ways of working across the function.
In this role you will
- Lead and develop a team of P&C, ER and Safety Consultants.
- Oversee complex employee relations and workplace matters.
- Manage operational safety, wellbeing and workers’ compensation activity.
- Partner on people initiatives, change and consulting delivery.
- Improve systems, reporting and case management practices
Qualifications
- Strong ER advisory or consulting experience across complex matters
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to build team capability.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, WHS and workers’ compensation.
- Great stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Sound judgement, resilience and a practical, people-first approa
