Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy to join our Client, Growth & Strategy team and play a key role in shaping Cuscal’s future.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role working closely with the Head of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team to define and deliver Cuscal’s corporate strategy, growth agenda, and major strategic initiatives.
You’ll combine sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping drive decisions at the highest level while ensuring initiatives deliver real outcomes across the business.
Corporate Strategy
- Shape and deliver Cuscal’s corporate strategy and multi-year growth roadmap
- Partner with the ELT to support strategic decision-making, planning cycles, and Board engagement
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and execution plans
Partnerships & M&A
- Identify and assess partnerships, acquisitions, and growth opportunities aligned to Cuscal’s strategy
- Lead or support end-to-end transaction activity, including business cases, due diligence, and integration planning
- Provide rigorous strategic and commercial analysis to inform investment decisions
Strategic Initiatives & Execution
- Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through to delivery
- Lead the Quarterly Business Review process to track performance, risks, and outcomes
- Create clear, compelling executive narratives and materials that influence and align stakeholders
Qualifications
What you'll bring
You’re a commercially minded strategy professional who thrives in high-impact environments, comfortable shaping direction at the executive level while rolling up your sleeves to drive outcomes. You bring a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and practical delivery, and you build credibility through sound judgement, strong relationships, and follow-through.
- 7+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or investment banking
- Experience supporting or leading major strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, alliances, or large commercial deals
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess opportunities and translate analysis into clear recommendations
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create high-quality, executive-ready materials
- Excellent written communication skills, including Board papers, investment cases, and strategy documents
- High level of comfort working with data, financial analysis, and commercial models
