As a Talent and People Experience Consultant, you will partner with stakeholders across the business and People & Culture team to design and deliver people-focused solutions that support TAL’s strategy. You will work within agile teams to understand business needs and create a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle from onboarding through to development, engagement and retention.
In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of talent, leadership, culture and learning programs that enhance growth and capability across the organisation. By combining business insight with best-practice thinking, you’ll provide innovative, contemporary solutions and drive initiatives that build leadership capability, foster a strong learning culture, and continuously improve the overall employee experience.
In this role you will:
- Co-design and implement best in class strategies across leadership, talent, capability and learning that ensure a positive and engaging experience for all employees
- Create and promote talent development solutions that empower employees to enhance their skills, grow within their roles, and advance their careers, includeing early career, talent and leadership programs, initiatives and offerings
- Design and deliver solutions that foster employee engagement and motivation and educates and empowers our leaders to self-manage and implement relevant interventions to support their teams’ engagement
- Analyse data related to employee engagement, retention, learning & development, and other key performance metrics and introduce or refine initiatives that address employee concerns, enhance culture and improve retention.
- Work closely with other areas of People and Culture including Talent Acquisition and Sourcing, Business Partners, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing and Reward and Performance to ensure alignment in talent experience strategies, communications and programs
Qualifications
- Experience in a HR role with demonstrated experience and capability to lead and deliver company -wide talent, leadership and people experience change programs and initiatives
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, development and talent strategies
- Strong project and change management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to effectively translate talent strategies to show measurable business value
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity, crafting persuasive narratives across all levels including relevant governance reports
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box to continuously evaluate and present solutions that ensure we are always evolving and future ready
- A passion for shaping the future of talent, leadership, and learning and building a positive, inclusive and high performing culture
