  • Work type: Casual
  • Salary: $26.87 per hour + 25% casual loading
  • Must have minimum 2 years Administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office required
  • Proficiency in database integrity (ie: stock take, stock management, etc)
  • Pick pack experience required

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, you can manage competing priorities, solve problems effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team. You take pride in delivering accurate work, supporting operational efficiency and contributing positively to workplace culture.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, with confidence using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements, along with a reliable, honest and team-focused approach.
  • You will be enthusiastic, highly organized, detail orientated and driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will bring a "hands on" approach and be a proactive operator who thrives on achieving great outcomes for your key stakeholders.

About the role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Warehouse Team. This position is responsible for managing warehouse documentation, maintaining database records, coordinating inbound shipments and ensuring processes are completed accurately to support the effective flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse administration tasks, including processing shipment documentation and maintaining accurate database records.
  • Receive and record inbound stock, update inventory information and create warehouse tags for incoming goods.
  • Monitor and document product discrepancies, damages, shortages and overages, ensuring issues are reported and resolved promptly.
  • Support warehouse, transport, supply and distribution operations as required to meet team objectives and service delivery needs.
  • Maintain accurate pallet location, inventory and project information within warehouse systems and databases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, safe work practices and the achievement of warehouse performance targets and KPIs.
