At Uniting, we’re looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team at Edinglassie Lodge in Penrith. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen quality systems, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the home.

About the role

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of the home’s quality and compliance program, including:

  • Coordinating audit and compliance activities and maintaining audit schedules
  • Supporting data collection and analysis to inform reporting and improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with accreditation readiness and alignment to Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Partnering with the Service Manager to monitor and progress CQI action plans
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to build confidence in quality processes
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability

About you

You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who enjoys working with data, supporting teams, and improving service quality

Must have

  • Experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar role, ideally within aged care or a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of audits, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement processes
  • Experience working with data, reporting, and quality indicators
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence others
  • A structured, thorough and disciplined approach to your work
  • Relevant qualification such as Certificate IV in Individual Support or a related discipline (e.g. Quality, WHS), or equivalent experience

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
  • Experience with WHS systems or AN-ACC / aged care funding models
  • Data analysis capability or experience working with quality indicators
  • Qualifications in auditing or quality systems
