The Opportunity

One of the greatest assets of the Lactalis business is the strength of its portfolio of iconic Australian dairy brands.

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Lactalis marketing team in the role of Brand Experience Manager – Convenience and Independents within our Beverages and Milk division.

As a member of the broader marketing team, Responsible for leading and managing the brand experience across the Independent & Convenience Sales Channels. The purpose of this role is to develop, communicate, and implement a compelling activation vision, strategy, and plans - leveraging shopper and consumer insights - to deliver best-in-class brand experiences across in-store and digital environments.

This role is accountable for driving improved brand presence, share of shelf, and market share growth across the nominated portfolio

Key accountabilities for this role include :

  • Brand Experience and Activation Strategy for the convenience and Independent Supermarket channels
  • Development and execution of brand activations, events, launches and sponsorships
  • Integrate brand experiences with consumer marketing programs
  • Ensure excellence in in-store brand experience

About You

This is a part time role of 23 hours a week, with a preference for a candidate that is able to undertake this over 4/5 days – ideal for someone wanting flexible working hours. Lactalis offer a flexible working environment to be able to accommodate this, but will consider less days for the right candidate if preferred.

To be successful in this role, you will bring 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role that builds on your tertiary qualifications in marketing or commerce.

You will bring to the role a high level of passion and energy that will combine strongly with your superior planning and organization skills that will assist in driving projects through to completion.
