What you'll be doing

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care and coordinate services to meet the individual needs of clients across the community setting. You will apply your clinical expertise and critical thinking to support optimal health outcomes.

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning and interventions
  • Coordinate care in partnership with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor, evaluate and document care in line with best practice standards
  • Provide education and support to clients and families to enhance self-management
  • Maintain clinical excellence through adherence to policies, training and evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria

Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality

2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work

3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership

5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

6. Commitment to continuing professional development

7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training

8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
