About the Opportunity

Our team is expanding, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Supervisor to lead a small concierge team, who greet our guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.

As the Concierge Supervisor, you will oversee the daily concierge operations, handling guest enquiries and requests, coaching, training and mentoring the team. As one of Australia’s leading conference and events resorts, we offer premium accommodation, multiple dining outlets, day spa and a championship golf course. We are committed to providing guests with exceptional services and luxurious experiences. Your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Lead, coach, mentor and support the concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Greet guests and large groups on arrival assisting with check in/out, luggage, transport, bookings and other requests
- Monitor and manage traffic flow on resort entrance driveway
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide guests with resort information and recommendations on local events, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions
- Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure guests needs are met
- Maintain a clean and presentable lobby entrance, and a safe environment for guests and staff
- Drive golf carts throughout the property
What you’ll need to be successful
- Full availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster between approx 6am-11pm, incl. weekends & public holidays eg. 6.30am-2.30pm & 2.30-10.30pm
- Previous concierge supervisor experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort, or similar environment essential, with an understanding of hotel and concierge operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills, coaching, training, motivating and encouraging team work
- Current drivers licence & RSA Certificate
- Proficient in MS Office applications & PMS, Opera desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, a passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical requirements of the role
- Knowledge of local events, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions
- Excellent grooming & personal presentation
