Organisational Learning and Development Advisor

- Salary: $99,163 - $111,492 p.a. plus superannuation
- Tenure: Fixed Term (6 months)

The Role
The primary purpose of the Organisational Learning and Development Advisor is to work with internal and external stakeholders to provide fit-for-purpose organisational development and culture advice, programs and initiatives to build desired culture and values alignment and increase employee engagement, performance and professional development. The advisor will also coordinate Professional Development programs across FRV to ensure that FRV offers a suite of high value development options that meet high priority FRV needs and provide good value for money.
Functional Accountabilities
· Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development programs and training aligned to FRV's strategic objectives.
· Coordinate and deliver workshops and programs that support culture and professional development across the full employee life-cycle; including compliance training, onboarding, performance management, values, engagement, career development, retirement and custom workshops for FRV employee and leadership groups.
· Using various platforms, technology and programs, design online learning materials and intranet resources aligned with FRV's OD and culture objectives.
The Team
The People and Culture Directorate takes a lead role in strategy development and implementation to enable Fire Rescue Victoria to have a safe workplace, a respectful and achievement-oriented culture, and an agile and engaged workforce. The key functions of the directorate are Human Resources Systems and Services, Workplace Relations and Ethical Standards, Organisational Development and Business Partnering, and Media and Communications.

What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
· Vocational or tertiary qualifications in relevant field such as Training and Assessment, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Leadership or Management.
· Proven experience and capability demonstrated in a relevant field, such as Training and Assessment, Learning and Development, Human Resources or Organisational Development.
· Advanced communication skills (written and verbal), ability to present information and engage with stakeholders.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
· Agile and willing to learn intranet authoring, e-learning design and performance management systems.
