The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or a lateral Partner-level practitioner to join us in a role that comes with genuine pathway to equity partnership. This is not a placeholder. We are growing and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

You'll work across commercial, technology, IP, and/or litigation matters — we're open to a blend that plays to your strengths. You'll also bring, or have the appetite to develop, a client-following and business development presence.

We'll support that actively, not just say we will.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years PAE (Senior Associate level minimum), with demonstrated capability at or near Special Counsel or Partner level
• Strong background in commercial law, technology law, IP, and/or litigation
• Current Queensland practising certificate, or interstate practitioners genuinely considering a Brisbane move
• A practice you're proud of and clients who trust you
• Someone who values autonomy, good work, and not being managed to death
