About the role
We are looking for a Junior Practice Assistant to join our Tax team in a hands-on support role in Melbourne. This opportunity is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career within a professional services environment.
We welcome candidates with little to no experience, as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We value a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and we're seeking someone who can support the team effectively while growing with us long term.
This role offers excellent career progression and ongoing mentoring within a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a full-time position, and it is essential that the successful candidate can work in the office each working day.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and document management
- Printing, scanning, and general administrative support
- Travel bookings and coordination
- Calendar management and booking meeting
- Document formatting and typing
- Data entry and database management
- Matter opening and file administration
- Billing and timesheet support
- General support to the wider team as required
About You
