One of Australia's most recognised enterprise businesses is mid-way through a significant CRM transformation, and the design team is right at the heart of it. The program is complex, the stakeholders are many, and the problems are genuinely interesting. If you like working somewhere your craft actually matters, read on.

The role

You will be embedded in a team running discovery and delivery across a major CRM platform, working roughly a quarter ahead of build and supporting live delivery streams in parallel. The team knows the platform inside and out. What they need is someone who knows people, and how to design for them.

Work sits at mid-fidelity within an established design system, so the focus is on the UX process rather than pixel perfection. You will run research, map journeys, facilitate workshops, and turn what you find into design decisions that stick. There is also a real opportunity to share your approach with colleagues who are building their design foundations, think pairing and collaboration sessions rather than formal training.

The right candidate

You are a generalist who is just as comfortable in a discovery sprint as you are pushing something through to delivery. You have designed for internal platforms, servicing tools, or B2B environments, and you know how to draw out the good stuff from employees who would rather blame themselves than the system.

You do not need CRM experience. You do need strong HCD fundamentals, a collaborative working style, and a genuine curiosity that keeps you asking questions long after most people have stopped.
