Initiative Delivery Lead based in Brisbane, your role will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, timeframe, budget and quality standards.

You’ll make an impact by
- Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of initiatives from inception through to implementation
- Managing schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and governance activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Applying the Great Southern Bank Delivery Model to balance customer outcomes, delivery excellence and effective risk management
- Facilitating collaboration across business, technology and vendor teams to achieve shared objectives
- Driving transparency through clear reporting, stakeholder engagement and proactive communication
- Supporting delivery teams to adopt iterative delivery practices and continuously improve ways of working
- Managing delivery activities across the full initiative lifecycle while maintaining quality, budget and timeline commitments
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners to remove obstacles and keep initiatives progressing

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2–5 years' experience in project delivery, portfolio delivery, change management or delivery support roles
- Experience working across Agile, traditional or hybrid delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery schedules
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners
- Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies
- Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business analysis and technology delivery practices
- Strong organisational, planning and facilitation skills
- Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, forecasting and delivery reporting
- Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, with Agile, MSP or similar certifications highly regarded
