We're partnering with a successful global SaaS business that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses build their online presence through websites, branding and digital marketing tools. As the business continues to invest in its website ecosystem, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of three customer-facing website products that sit at the heart of the customer experience and revenue journey.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic product area that combines customer experience, product growth, commercial outcomes and hands-on execution.

The website portfolio is one of the most important areas of the business.It is responsible for helping customers establish their online presence, promote their businesses and engage with their customers. It also represents a significant growth opportunity for the organisation moving forward. This role requires someone who enjoys managing complexity, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful product decisions across multiple products rather than a single feature area.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the strategy, roadmap and execution across three website-focused products, working closely with Design, Engineering, Data and senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining product strategy and roadmap priorities across multiple website products
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, usability and engagement
  • Managing competing priorities across a broad feature set and customer base
  • Driving customer adoption, retention and commercial outcomes
  • Leading customer discovery, research and validation activities
  • Working closely with Design and Engineering to deliver new features and enhancements
  • Analysing customer behaviour and product performance to inform prioritisation decisions
  • Balancing short-term opportunities with longer-term product direction
  • Delivering product initiatives from concept through to launch and optimisation

What we're looking for

You'll likely bring:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, digital products or technology businesses
  • Experience managing customer-facing products with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong product discovery and customer research capability
  • Experience working closely with Designers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and sound product judgement
  • A commercial mindset supported by data and customer insight
  • Experience improving customer engagement, conversion, retention or product adoption metrics
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-focused
