Portfolio Delivery Lead based in Brisbane, your role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, timeframe, budget and quality standards.

• Leading the planning, management and delivery of complex initiatives from inception through to implementation
• Driving delivery outcomes through effective scheduling, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement
• Applying and championing the Great Southern Bank Delivery Model, balancing customer outcomes, delivery excellence and risk management
• Facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives
• Managing delivery risks, issues, dependencies and vendor relationships to keep initiatives on track
• Providing transparent reporting, insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making
• Coaching and supporting teams to adopt iterative delivery practices, continuous improvement and accountability
• Building strong relationships across the business to align priorities, remove obstacles and achieve strategic outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 7+ years' experience in portfolio delivery, project management or technology delivery roles
• Strong experience delivering complex initiatives using traditional, Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules and governance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and delivery partners
• A strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business analysis and technology delivery practices
• Commercial acumen with experience managing initiative financials, forecasting and delivery planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting, workshop facilitation and executive stakeholder engagement
• Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline, with Agile, MSP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications highly regarded
