Director - Structured Credit Solutions, Global Markets

A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Director to join its Structured Credit Solutions team in Australia. This is a senior front-office origination role focused on delivering bespoke financing solutions to institutional clients across private credit, real estate debt, private equity and alternative asset managers. Working closely with regional structuring and execution teams, you will originate, structure and execute secured financing transactions while building and managing senior client relationships across the Australian market.
Key product areas include providing; private credit portfolio back-leverage, NAV financing, loan-on-loan structures, real estate debt portfolio financing, equity-backed financing solutions as well as single-asset and portfolio-based secured lending.
We are seeking senior financial markets professional with a strong origination track record and deep expertise in structured financing products. Suitable backgrounds may include:
- Structured credit or structured finance
- NAV lending or fund finance
- Real estate finance and portfolio financing
- Leveraged finance, syndications or institutional capital markets
- Private credit, private equity or alternative asset management
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience ideally within a global markets context or more broadly investment or institutional banking
- Proven ability to originate and execute complex financing transactions
- Strong network across Australian institutional investors, private credit managers and alternative asset managers
- Deep understanding of structured credit and secured financing solutions
- Excellent commercial, relationship management and negotiation skills
