Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions and assess the current forms solution, processes, and workflows.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Work Plans and Data Capture solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement forms and Work Plans aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop migration strategies and phased rollout plans from legacy forms solutions to SFS.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders throughout design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Support SIT/UAT, deployments, and ensure solution quality and user adoption.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
  • Expertise in Work Plans and Data Capture (Forms) configuration.
  • Experience in discovery, solution design, and migration planning.
  • Knowledge of field service operations and mobile workforce solutions.
  • Salesforce configuration and development experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
