Our client is a well-established, globally connected organisation seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role. This is a broad and commercially impactful position, supporting senior stakeholders across a complex, multi-entity business and sitting at the intersection of strategic and operational finance.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of group finance operations spanning eight entities, playing a central role in strengthening financial governance, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end group budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle across multiple entities
  • Manage group consolidations and ensure financial reporting is accurate and delivered on time
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and reporting requirements
  • Champion continuous improvement across reporting frameworks, systems, controls, and finance processes
  • Develop and embed finance policies and procedures that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability
  • Contribute to strategic business initiatives, including capital projects, investment analysis, and operational improvement programs
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial insights, financial analysis, and meaningful decision support
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team, building a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Identify and act on broader opportunities to enhance finance operations and business performance

About You

  • Proven Finance Manager with experience in complex, multi-entity environments
  • Strong background in group reporting, consolidations, and financial control
  • Track record of leading finance teams and delivering meaningful process improvement
  • Comfortable navigating evolving environments and driving positive, lasting change
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Technically strong with sharp commercial acumen
  • A confident communicator who can influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously with a high degree of ownership
