People & Culture Advisor - (HUM00000076)

At Followmont Transport, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to support our leaders and employees by delivering consistent, practical and compliant people advice aligned to our business strategy.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will act as a trusted point of contact for Senior Managers, Managers and Supervisors, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development through to engagement, retention and exit processes. You will support leaders in making informed people decisions while ensuring compliance, consistency and strong governance across our frameworks, policies and systems.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters and employee lifecycle activities
• Coordinating onboarding, probation management and offboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and reporting
• Providing structured advice aligned to policies, legislation and people frameworks
• Supporting engagement and recognition initiatives
• Escalating complex or high risk matters appropriately

About You

• Up to 3 years’ experience in a People & Culture or HR generalist role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Confident communicator with a professional and considered approach
• Comfortable working in a structured, process driven environment
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, or working toward
