About The Role

The Executive Project Officer supports the P&C Division by managing high-level projects that assist the Executive Director, People and Culture in the strategic management of related matters. The Executive Project Officer collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to forecast, anticipate and prepare key reports and documents for the Executive Director’s consideration.

The Executive Project Officer reports to the Executive Director on a day-to-day basis and is accountable to the Lead, Executive Office, People and Culture for the provision of high quality, efficient, and confidential secretarial service. In association with the Lead, the Executive Project Officer manages logistics and protocols for the Executive Director’s functions and initiates and develops responses to enquiries from a diverse range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential: Nil

Desirable: An appropriate qualification in business, project management, or administration is highly regarded.

Special conditions

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration

ASO6 $102,171 - $108,071 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
