Senior Recruitment Consultant

Fusion People are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Boutique Agency based in the heart of Sydney CBD. Managing a well established desk of 15+ years supplying construction professionals across Australia.

PACKAGE

• Full Time Permanent Position
• Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 plus super
• Monthly Commission - NO Threshold

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a portfolio of clients through telephone, email, and face-to-face engagement.
• Sourcing and screening suitable candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate registration and placement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Construction Recruitment experience highly desired but not essential
• Recruitment experience essential - proven track record of delivering and achieving revenue targets
• Positive attitude and work ethic with a consultative mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a close knit team of professionals
