About the opportunity

As a Transaction Analyst, you’ll help connect people, capital and opportunities by supporting the team to assess and execute transactions across our diversified property platform. Your work will bring together insight, financial discipline and strong stakeholder engagement to help unlock value, support long-term performance and contribute to the success of our funds, investors and communities.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support high-value transactions by assisting with acquisitions, divestments and due diligence across Charter Hall’s property platform.
  • Help drive investment performance by contributing to financial modelling, pricing analysis and transaction recommendations.
  • Build market insight through relationships with agents, valuers and industry peers to support informed decision-making.
  • Strengthen disciplined execution by supporting transaction processes, valuation outcomes, controls and risk management.
  • Contribute to long-term value creation by embedding ESG considerations and supporting continuous improvement across the Transactions platform.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
  • Mental agility and ability to work strategically and operationally.
  • Strong leadership gravitas and ability to motivate others.
  • 1 year+ experience in a similar role or an established background in Valuation, Agency or Research.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
