About The Position
We are seeking experienced Supervisor based in Adelaide on a fulltime basis. Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of the projects by supervising and coordinating on site activities as directed.
This role is offering flexibility with work location and work roster are negotiable.
Key Responsibilities Include
Daily toolbox / pre-start meetings are held with crew.
Day-to-day control of sites.
Supervision of site installation crews.
Crew logistics.
Plant and equipment.
Coordination of sub-contractors.
Completion of all required documentation and administration tasks including reporting, project sign-off, photographic records.
Assist Project Managers with the completion of all project specific operational documentation (e.g. Safety, Quality, Environmental, cost trackers etc).
Client relations.
Represent Fabtech in a professional manner and build positive client relationships and key stakeholder relationships.
Create and maintain a supportive team culture through demonstrated leadership.
Skills And Experience
- Nationally recognised certifications and tickets (e.g. Drivers Licence, White Card, IAGI/TRI Certification).
- Collaborative mindset to build alignment across functions and senior leaders
- Comfortable operating in fast paced settings with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven leadership experience
- Deadline management and prioritising
- Ability to problem solve and overcome challenges.
- Information and records management.
- Understand and competent in reading Engineering Drawings
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, project skills and capability.
