Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $2M hospitality refurbishment and fit out project in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Design & Construct business with a strong pipeline of commercial and hospitality projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
• Drive programme and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Maintain site safety, quality and compliance standards
• Conduct site meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, refurbishment or hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• White Card and relevant site management qualifications
• Available to commence immediately or at short notice
