We are seeking an exceptional General Manager – Care Delivery to lead the end-to-end performance of our Home Care portfolio. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering safe, high-quality and client-centred care in the home, while optimising workforce capability, service reliability and cost efficiency at scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver reliable, consistent and high-quality home care services aligned to client needs

  • Optimise workforce utilisation, productivity and capacity across all service streams

  • Ensure strong service fulfilment and schedule stability

  • Build and sustain a capable, engaged and resilient frontline workforce

  • Drive operational efficiency and cost-to-serve optimisation , improving financial performance

  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement across systems, processes and service models

About you

You are a highly experienced operational leader with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex service operations. You bring strong commercial acumen and a passion for workforce-led service excellence.

You will demonstrate

  • Significant senior leadership experience in large, distributed workforce environments with full operational and financial accountability

  • Proven ability to deliver high-volume, reliable service outcomes at scale

  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, scheduling and deployment , with measurable productivity improvements

  • Strong experience building workforce capability , including recruitment, retention and leadership development

  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen , particularly in labour cost management

  • Experience leading operational transformation and change , ideally in regulated environments

  • Background in Home Care, Aged Care, disability or community services (highly regarded)

  • Experience in government-funded or reform-driven sectors

  • Exposure to workforce management and scheduling technologies

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, operations or a related field
