About the opportunity
As Lead, Communications, you will drive the development and delivery of strategic communication and engagement initiatives that connect people to purpose and support organisational priorities. You will oversee corporate and digital channels, lead the creation of clear and compelling messaging. Working across the organisation with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering coordinated, high‑quality communications that strengthen engagement and build trust.
This is a full-time ongoing role. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
You’re a strategic communicator who brings clarity to complexity and purpose to everything you do. You understand the role communication plays in connecting people, driving meaningful people engagement, aligning priorities, and driving outcomes across a large, complex organisation.
You’re experienced in working across multiple traditional and digital channels, shaping clear and consistent messages for both internal and external audiences. You’re also someone who looks beyond the obvious, bringing fresh thinking and finding effective ways to engage, influence and enhance connection. You build strong, trusted relationships and work confidently with senior stakeholders, providing considered advice and navigating sensitive issues with sound judgement. As a leader, you create a positive, supportive and accountable team environment, enabling people to deliver their best work.
