Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Radiographer (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our friendly and supportive Medical Imaging team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to work up to full-time hours.

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold current registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be committed to providing high quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
  • Perform medical imaging procedures and be responsible for the production, processing, and archiving of diagnostic images across various work areas and modalities, including the main Radiology Department.
  • Ensure imaging examinations are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with departmental protocols and professional standards.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Show flexibility and reliability in a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Have experience across a broad range of general radiography examinations (additional modality experience will be highly regarded).

We are particularly interested in candidates available to work 3–5 weekdays per week, with the potential for additional shifts as required.

Our Medical Imaging Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility to assist with rostered shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage, would be advantageous.
