Primary Objective: Provide expert legal advice relating to the prosecution of complex prosecutions. Provide representation for the prosecution before all courts of the Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia in complex prosecutions, appeals and related matters. This is a senior litigation position for an experienced advocate.
