About the Role

As the Clinical Governance Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across governance, risk, and quality frameworks. You will work closely with clinical teams and senior leadership to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical governance frameworks
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Oversee incident management, audits, and compliance activities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Support clinical teams with education, training, and best-practice guidance
• Analyse data and reporting to identify trends and drive improvement outcomes
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery

  What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality, or risk management
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards, compliance, and accreditation
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
• Passionate about improving patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Nursing or Allied Health) and registration
