The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will be an ambassador for our company values and embody our great company culture. Working together with the Store Manager to further grow our store and support the team to great achievements.
Our Assistant Store Manager’s play a central role in leading a passionate team to consistently provide superior customer service and deliver world class experiences and we are looking for someone who has a bubbly personality, is engaging with customers, keen to grow with our company and develop their skills further.
This role would entail (but not limited to) these responsibilities:
- Based at our Bondi Junction store, assisting the Store Manager to further enhance the customer experience and develop the team further.
- Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, especially Sunday and Monday.
- Ongoing training provided to assist your career development.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, we pride ourselves on our customer service.
- Assist in coaching strategies to achieve KPI’s.
- Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team.

- Management skills including coaching a team is preferred.
- Ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve KPIs.
- A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics.
- Ability to work Sunday – Thursday roster.
