About the Role

As a Consultant, you’ll work closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify opportunities, develop AI strategies, and guide implementation projects. You’ll lead workshops, facilitate planning sessions, and help clients turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across AI strategy and implementation programs
• Run discovery workshops, business reviews, and planning sessions
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and drive growth
• Develop AI roadmaps and practical implementation plans
• Support clients through execution and track progress against goals
• Prepare recommendations, action plans, and client deliverables
• Contribute to consulting frameworks, case studies, and best practices
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and technologies
• Represent BusinessAI through webinars, workshops, and industry events

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with clients, and helping organisations adopt new technology with confidence.

You will ideally have

• Experience in consulting, business advisory, strategy, transformation, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial thinking and the ability to identify business value and ROI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience developing recommendations, plans, and business improvement initiatives
• An interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• A proactive, organised, and self-driven approach
