What You'll Be Doing

• Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted design and build advisor, building deep rapport to understand each client's unique vision, land requirements, and custom preferences.

• Guided Journey: Manage the customer’s homebuilding journey from start to finish, ensuring a premium, transparent, and seamless experience.

• Display Excellence: Be the face of our brand across our two bespoke Menangle Park display homes, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and inspiring environment for all visitors.

• Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, developers, and the local community to drive strong repeat and referral business.

• Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage incoming leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and collaborate with our internal team to keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Building Sales Track Record: A minimum of 2 years experience working for a residential builder ideally as a New Homes Consultant or Sales Associate. You know the industry, and are ready for a fresh, rewarding change.

• Energy, Drive & Professionalism: A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with a polished communication style and a genuine passion for premium property and design.

• Roster Alignment: Ability to work 9am – 5pm, 5 days a week (including Saturday and Sunday). Weekend presence at our displays is essential, but we offer great flexibility with your rostered weekdays off.

• Strong Organisation: Exceptional time management habits with the ability to manage multiple active files and keep accurate database records.

• Essentials: A current Australian Driver’s Licence, strong tech/CRM literacy, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
