What you’ll do

As a Digital Designer at Greenhouse Collective—our internal creative hub—you'll build immersive digital experiences for our iconic brands. You'll lead strategic design concepts that drive engagement and mentor others in a fast-paced, integrated creative environment.

You’ll be responsible to

  • Produce compelling digital assets for internal, web, and social media channels.
  • Partner with marketing and brand departments to execute large-scale integrated initiatives.
  • Uphold high design standards while ensuring all work aligns with brand identity and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee diverse projects through every phase, from initial ideation to final rollout.
  • Design and implement creative, top-tier digital content for programmatic, social, app, email, and web platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the creative lifecycle with a mobile-first, digital-first mindset to deliver consistent visual experiences.
  • Direct multiple design workstreams simultaneously, maintaining strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a rapid environment.
  • Identify and resolve potential project obstacles early by communicating proactively with squad members or line leads.
  • Engage with the Greenhouse Collective, and other key stakeholders to produce unified creative results.
  • Cultivate a constructive team culture dedicated to customer-focused results and ongoing refinement of processes.

What you’ll bring

With at least 3 years of professional experience in digital design or a comparable creative field, you possess a demonstrated ability to produce premium visual content. You thrive in high-pressure, integrated settings, blending technical proficiency with a sharp strategic mindset to deliver impactful results.

  • Expertise in visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition for all digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful and engaging visuals tailored to various purposes and audiences.
  • Mastery of industry-leading design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of AI integration in design, including generative and AI-assisted tools.
  • Quick to adapt and master emerging technologies and design software.
  • Strong collaborator with effective communication skills and professional resilience.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and project management expertise.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and organization.
