About the Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, 8.30am to 4.30pm, you will work alongside a fun and experienced team to provide expert product knowledge, answer calls, process orders, and resolve customer enquiries. You will manage inbound enquiries and proactively generate outbound sales through quoting, order processing, and sales follow-up, while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound phone, email and trade counter enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and converting opportunities into sales.

  • Proactively grow sales through customer follow-up, account development, new customer outreach, promotional campaigns, and outbound sales activities.

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, maintain customer information, and follow opportunities through to closure using Salesforce, SAP, and related systems.

  • Build strong customer relationships, provide expert product advice, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and support customer account needs.

  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service/sales, including inbound/outbound calls and upselling

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
