About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our St Albans centre. In this role, you’ll support meaningful learning experiences, nurture strong relationships with children and families, and be part of a warm, community‑focused team.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Support engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned to the EYLF
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive learning environment
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
About You
ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
