About the Role:
- We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Fleet Manager to execute and scale Geely’s fleet strategy at a regional level, working closely with the National Fleet Manager to deliver volume, profitability and customer excellence.
- This role is responsible for driving regional fleet sales performance, managing key local accounts, supporting dealer fleet capability, and ensuring consistent execution of national fleet programs.
- The successful candidate will bring strong regional market knowledge, hands-on fleet sales experience, and the ability to translate national strategy into tangible regional results.
- This is a high-visibility role within a fast-growing OEM, offering strong exposure to major fleet clients, dealer leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Regional Fleet Sales Execution
- Execute national fleet strategy and programs across the assigned region to achieve regional volume, revenue and margin targets.
- Build and manage a strong regional fleet sales pipeline across corporate, government, rental, leasing and SME segments.
- Own regional sales forecasting, monthly reporting and performance tracking against targets and KPIs.
- Drive consistent and disciplined sales execution to support national fleet growth objectives.
Key Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow assigned regional fleet accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new regional fleet opportunities in line with national target segments and account strategies.
- Support and lead regional tenders and RFPs, including customer engagement, proposal development, pricing coordination and contract execution.
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for fleet customers, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
Dealer Network Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional dealers to develop and grow their local fleet business.
- Coach and support dealer fleet sales teams on customer engagement, tender responses, pricing discipline and program execution.
- Ensure dealer readiness for new model launches, fleet programs and national initiatives.
- Monitor dealer fleet performance and provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to the National Fleet Manager and Network team.
Program, Pricing & Commercial Support
- Execute approved national fleet pricing, incentives and tactical programs within the region, ensuring compliance and commercial discipline.
- Support stock planning and allocation discussions to meet regional fleet demand and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Product and Aftersales teams to ensure fleet offers are competitive, accurate and executable at regional level.
- Ensure consistent application of quotations, SLAs, contracts and commercial policies across all regional fleet activities.
Customer Experience & Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth end-to-end fleet delivery, including vehicle ordering, logistics coordination and aftersales handover.
- Proactively manage customer issues and escalations, ensuring service standards align with brand expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting integrity and tender documentation in line with national governance standards.
- Provide structured market intelligence and competitor insights from the region to support national strategy refinement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Representation
- Build strong working relationships with regional leasing partners, FMOs, rental operators and government agencies.
- Represent Geely at regional fleet events, dealer forums and customer engagements as required.
- Act as a trusted regional ambassador for Geely’s fleet proposition, reinforcing brand credibility and professionalism.
General Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to fleet, sales and broader business operations as required.
- Comply with all company policies, processes and governance frameworks.
- Undertake additional duties reasonably required and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a regional fleet sales role within the automotive industry, OEM sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of automotive fleet operations and networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data, financial reports, and market research.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
