The role

• Design and execute leasing and sales strategies from end to end
• Facilitate negotiations to deliver strong outcomes for clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across owners, developers and occupiers
• Build and leverage market intelligence to drive new opportunities

About You

• Established property sales/leasing experience, or coming from an aligned industry-we're open
• Transferrable experience within the industrial & logistics sector
• Experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles
• Strong communicator-confident in writing and in the room
• A team player who values high performance, brings energy and a client-first mindset
