- Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting
- Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs, pitch decks and campaign collateral
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data
- Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management
- Maintain transaction, property and investor databases
- Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
About You
- Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- 3-5+ years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investment environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property
- Experience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regarded
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
