SunRice is currently seeking motivated Production Operators to join our team at our Leeton site.

About The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to meet production targets and deliver quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Perform product changeovers and assist with hygiene clean-downs
• Conduct quality checks and manage product rework where required
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment
• Follow all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and GMP requirements
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely in line with procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

• Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous (but not essential)
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (day, afternoon, and night shifts)
