About the role
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who's ready to step beyond transactional hiring and truly partner with leaders to drive better workforce outcomes. This is a high-impact role where you'll influence hiring decisions, shape recruitment strategies, and help solve real workforce challenges across a purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse service lines, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and other sourcing channels
- Build talent pipelines for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in aged care, disability, and community services
- Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
- Balance competing priorities while delivering on time-to-fill, quality, and experience
What you'll bring
- 2+ years' experience in an internal recruitment role
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment alongside specialist roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to influence and challenge constructively
- Experience working in structured, compliance-driven environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving hiring outcomes
- Experience in aged care, disability, or healthcare (highly regarded)
