Supply Chain Specialist

About The Role

Support the delivery of operational excellence across the national retail network by owning key supply chain initiatives, supporting promotional execution, and managing critical service categories. This role acts as a key escalation point for field operations and delivers end-to-end execution of supply chain led projects, including ESG initiatives and service improvements.

What You Will Be Doing

You will own and support end to end supply chain initiatives:

• Support supply chain initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement across the business
• Provide operational support to restaurants and above restaurant leaders to solve supply related issues
• Coordinate and manage the supply chain requirements for promotional activity through effective reporting and communications
• Support ESG & sustainability initiatives through reporting, analysis and implementation of supply chain improvement opportunities
• Manage relationships and service management of non-cost of sales suppliers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues for the field
• Prepare reporting, analysis and data-driven insights of key supply chain activities to support decision making, identify trends / risks and opportunities
• Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business priorities and operational excellence
