Executive General Manager, International
Team Global Express
This is a rare opportunity to shape something significant.
Team Global Express Parcels is one of Australia's most dynamic transport businesses. We’re fast-growing, challenger-minded, and built on a leading domestic network that moves 100 million+ items every year. Now we're taking the next step: growing our international business, and we need an exceptional leader to make it happen.
The Executive General Manager, International Business is a new executive role with genuine scope. You'll own the strategy, drive the commercial performance, and build the international capability that will define TGE Parcels' next chapter.
Build the international business. Own the outcome.
International is TGE’s fastest-growing frontier. We already operate across Australia and China. The ambition is bigger. This role consolidates what we have, then builds what's next: new markets, new trade lanes, new customers.
You'll work directly with the Co-CEO, Parcels, and the Executive Leadership Team. You'll have P&L ownership, a clear mandate, and the backing of a business that is serious about growth.
What You'll Do
Lead. Build. Grow
Set the direction - Develop and execute a multi-year international growth strategy aligned to TGE's enterprise objectives.
Own the numbers - Deliver international revenue, EBITDA, and growth targets. Accountable for the full P&L.
Build the platform - Consolidate and optimise existing Australia and China operations. Create a scalable model for long-term expansion.
Grow the market - Identify and execute new market and trade lane opportunities. Win new customers and grow share of wallet with existing ones.
Lead the team - Build a high-performing, accountable culture. Bring people with you through complexity and change.
Operate with integrity - Maintain safe, compliant, and customer-focused operations at all times.
What We're Looking For
The best growth executive in the market.
You've done this before. You've led at scale, grown a P&L, and built something that lasted. You know international logistics, trade, and cross-border supply chain from the inside. And you lead with clarity, confidence, and the ability to bring people with you.
Specifically, You Bring
- Proven executive leadership with P&L ownership at scale
- Deep expertise in international logistics, freight, or supply chain
- A track record of building and executing international growth strategies
- Strong commercial acumen: you understand markets, customers, and financial performance
- The ability to lead through complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
- A high-performance leadership style grounded in accountability and respect
