We’re looking for friendly, organised and customer‑focused

Receptionists to join our high‑performing Administration team at our Toorak Gardens site. These permanent part‑time opportunities (up to 0.8 FTE) operate across a 7‑day roster, predominantly afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, with the potential for the right person to pick up Team Leader shifts as required.

As the first point of contact for patients, visitors and clinicians, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive hospital experience by supporting smooth patient admissions, discharges and enquiries, maintaining accurate records, managing payments, operating communication systems and ensuring confidentiality, safety and professionalism at all times.
