We’re looking for a Lead Environment Management to support the ongoing BAU operation of critical platforms while working closely alongside a large, enterprise transformation program.
This is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end environment strategy, BAU environment stability, and enabling change within live environments. You’ll work across multiple programs and teams to ensure environments are stable, scalable, and fit for purpose.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
- Manage and own BAU non-production environments (stability, performance, availability)
- Define and implement end-to-end environment strategy and governance
- Enable change delivery within live environments while balancing BAU priorities
- Manage cross-program dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams
- Drive environment health, monitoring, and incident management frameworks
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in environment/platform leadership (DevOps / SRE / cloud SaaS)
- Proven track record delivering environment strategy in complex enterprise settings
- Solid understanding of DevOps, testing practices, and modern engineering principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Guidewire / Cloud / PolicyCenter (prefer)
