What You Will Do

Our client is a national professional services organisation with over 250 staff. Working within their Trustee Operations team, you will work on the front line supporting Indigenous trust beneficiaries - answering a high volume of calls, processing distribution applications and connecting people with the support they need. It’s a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Talk with beneficiaries every day - by phone, email or in person
  • Process trust distribution applications accurately and efficiently
  • Handle enquiries and connect people with the right advice
  • Provide administration support as required

What you will offer

  • High-volume contact centre or customer service experience
  • Be a confident communicator - clear, respectful and professional
  • Have good computer skills and be generally tech savvy
  • A mature, reliable and motivated approach
  • Great organisational skills so you are able to juggle deadlines
  • Genuinely keen to make a positive difference to others
