About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join BOQ Group’s team as a Mobile Banker, where you’ll be the face of personal home lending and financial solutions across ME Bank, Virgin Money Australia, and BOQ.
You’ll play a key role in delivering strong customer outcomes by converting leads, growing your portfolio, and exceeding acquisition targets.
This role suits someone who can truly hit the ground running, bringing an established network and pipeline of opportunities.
You’ll own the end-to-end customer journey—from first conversation through to settlement and beyond—while building meaningful relationships with internal teams and external partners.
With the flexibility to manage your own schedule and meet customers where they are, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy while backed by the strength of a leading banking group.
You’ll proudly represent a family of brands—combining ME Bank’s community-first focus, Virgin Money’s innovation, and BOQ’s trusted legacy—supported by a strong referral program and ongoing digital transformation.
About You
You’re an experienced lender with a strong track record in residential lending already well connected in your local community and ready to leverage your network from day one.
You build genuine, lasting relationships and take pride in delivering value beyond the transaction.
Confident and engaging, you simplify complex financial conversations, making them accessible and meaningful for your customers.
You’re self-driven, comfortable working independently, and energized by outbound business development and growing your own portfolio.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for customer advocacy, you bring both drive and authenticity to everything you do.
You’re ready to represent the ME, Virgin Money Australia, and BOQ brands with pride—and turn strong relationships into lasting results.
