The purpose of this role is to screen and gather public data using open-source intelligence software. As a full-time Investigations Case Manager, you’ll analyse the data, generate reports and ensure information is in line with their certification.

This will be a max term contract to 31 December 2027, full time position based in our Newcastle/Sydney/Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create clear and detailed reports summarising findings, conclusions and actionable recommendations
  • Use open-source intelligence software to screen and assess claims by gathering and analysing public data from various sources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights
  • Ensure all data is accurate and aligns with claim certifications while adhering to privacy and confidentiality
  • Handle administrative tasks related to reviews, including creating reports, managing correspondence and recording actions.

About You

  • Must hold a current Class 2E (Private Investigator) Licence
  • Understand and comply with SIRA Standards of Practice
  • Proficient in using open-source intelligence software and data analysis. Advantageous if familiar with software applications Maltego & Caspar.
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data, with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential
